An ode to my usual order at 18Chefs circa early 2010s. I don’t find myself eating there anymore, but this baked rice dish never fails to bring much joy!

A one pot umami bomb that might settle the craving for claypot rice, lotus leaf rice or lo mai kai at home!

Can't say you made chicken rice if you don't serve it with THE RICE. We always make sure to cook extras because it's too delicious.
